Beach season is here, which is better known as the time of the year when you realize your bikini workout should have started a while ago. Since most of us are in the same boat rushing to get our goals, we came across some great tips on how to reach it.

With a little less than a month left for July 4, we can still make improvements to our body in time to show off our swimsuits. And there's still plenty of summertime left after that.

For Self Magazine, Vanessa Minnillo modelled the bikini workout. It's a three-part exercise: cardio, strength training and ab work.

Elle goes a different route and challenges you to get bikini ready by taking care of your sleep, eating better as well as exercising. It's a 21-day process.



Though we are all for exercising, it's important to remember that your best asset is confidence. So whether you wear a teeny bikini or wrap a sarong around your swimsuit, don't forget to own it.
