MFW, Day 3

We're halfway through, and day three of Milan Fashion Week brought many of our favorite looks.

Here are just a few we enjoyed:

Les Copains

Never did cardigans look so stylish as they did at the Les Copains show. Knits made the collection look incredibly cozy, but it didn't skimp on the fashion. The blues, blacks and whites came in stripes and other graphics. It leaned toward youthful and playful, but it's also an answer for those that have a penchant for the chic grandmother look.

Gabriele Colangelo

A Moroccan coat found at a Paris flea market and artist Kazimir Malevich, who was the originator of the avant-garde Suprematist movement and pioneered geometric abstract art, served as inspiration for this collection. As a result, Gabriele Colangelo played around with color blocking and shapes, and coats had a rounded shoulders or shape. And though the patterns are stunning, the more minimalist pieces are the hardest to keep your eye off of.

Versus

Christopher Kane described the collection as cartoony and toylike, and with a bright pink, striped catwalk, the decor was setting up attendees for a fun experience. The collection itself had a lot of bright colors, big patterns and plastic jewelry, so it seems Kane was perfectly accurate in his description.
